The second CEDS Committee meeting will focus on workforce constraints within the Tampa Bay regional economy. Members will learn about the housing and affordability crisis and its impact on labor force participation, talent attraction/retention, and productivity. Members will also participate in engagement activities to determine the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities associated with regional workforce constraints and begin brainstorming practical solutions for improvement.
