The Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council is requesting statements of qualifications from environmental firms registered to do business in Florida. A local office in Tampa Bay is not required, though applicants should demonstrate the ability to serve the region (Hernando, Citrus, Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Manatee counties).
The purpose of this RFQ is to identify and pre-qualify consultant firms that can augment Council staff and assist the Council in securing and implementing contract work for the FY27 Brownfields Assessment Grant or future EPA grants awarded to the TBRPC during the period of October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2030. TBRPC welcomes Statements of Qualifications from all qualified firms interested in providing professional environmental and/or brownfields services in the areas identified in the RFQ. The Council has made every effort to streamline this RFQ and differentiate between the Request for Qualifications and a competitive bidding process.
