How do you get others on board with your vision?
There are many ways to envision an idea. Finding the right method can help you to communicate plans more effectively, gain community consensus, and move projects forward. The Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council’s visualization services include cost-effective, high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations, from conceptual diagrams to interactive fly-throughs.
Animated and still images can support a variety of planning and community engagement needs:
- Illustrate physical planning solutions to urban design and policy-based questions
- Diagram project phasing and planning scenarios with “before and after” visualizations
- Communicate and test ideas in real-time with stakeholders
- Visualize flood waters in realistic virtual environments
- Enhance applications, proposals, and marketing materials
Modeling, Rendering, Animation
These services provide still images and dynamic videos that can be incorporated into planning documents and presentations. Visualizations can include moving pedestrians, bicyclists, and vehicles, weather conditions including flood waters, and day/night views.
Custom interactive models are useful for community engagement and problem-solving in real time. With Augmented Reality (AR) or Virtual Reality (VR) technologies, users can become fully immersed in the model and navigate at will as they “walk” through the 3D environment.
Photo Compositing
These services provide “before and after” or project phasing images of your project or planning concept. TBRPC staff build 3D objects and render them into visualizations of proposed changes to the built environment.
