Mitigating the Impacts of Climate Change
In the face of sea level rise and climate change, regional resiliency planning can help to minimize the impacts on communities and ecosystems. This planning involves a range of stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and community organizations, who work together to identify risks and vulnerabilities, develop adaptation strategies, and implement measures to increase resilience.
By working together to identify and address the risks of sea level rise and climate change, regions can build a more resilient future, one that is better equipped to adapt to and thrive in a changing world. Resiliency leaders are encouraged to join the Tampa Bay Regional Resiliency Coalition, participate in a Coalition Work Group, and attend the Leadership Summit.
