TBRPC Staff Attend Press Conference at Hillsborough Emergency Operations with CFO Jimmy Patronis and Mayor Castor

On June 25th, TBRPC Director Sean Sullivan and Disaster Recovery Coordinator Brian Ellis attended a press conference regarding hurricane preparedness with Chief Financial Officer and State Fire Marshal Jimmy Patronis and Mayor Jane Castor. CFO Patronis is a statewide elected official and a member of Florida’s Cabinet who oversees the Department of Financial Services. CFO Patronis works each day to fight insurance fraud, support Florida’s firefighters, and ensure the state’s finances are stable to support economic growth in the state.

The press conference was held in cooperation with Florida Urban Search and Rescue Task Force 3 at the Hillsborough County Emergency Operations Center (9450 E. Columbus Dr. Tampa, FL 33619).
