TBRPC Clean Air Team is Seeking Public Input for the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan

The Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) was completed as a requirement of the EPA’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Program (CPRG) the TBRPC was awarded in 2023.

The purpose of the CCAP is to advance a unified and science-based approach to climate mitigation and resilience across Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties. Led by the TBRPC, this plan brings together local governments, agencies, non-government organizations, and community-based organizations to: 

  • Reduce Emissions Across Key Sectors
  • Implement High-Impact Mitigation Projects
  • Maximize Co-Benefits for MSA residents
  • Strengthen Regional Capacity and Coordination

The TBRPC Clean Air Team is accepting feedback on the CCAP document until Friday, April 23rd, 2026. If you have any questions or comments email Savanah Battreall at savanah@tbrpc.org.
