Awarded by the Department of Defense Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation, the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council prepared a Military Installation Resilience Review (MIRR) for MacDill Air Force Base.
The MIRR focuses on the communities surrounding the installation and its main goal is to develop strategies and an implementation plan protecting resources necessary to enhance the community resilience and the resilience of the military installations.
