The Resiliency Coalition Steering Committee’s First Annual Planning Meeting

On January 8th, the Resiliency Coalition Steering Committee held its first annual planning meeting. The purpose of this meeting was to set priorities for calendar year 2024, based on regional actions identified in the Regional Resiliency Action Plan (RRAP).

The meeting started with several round-table discussions of each steering committee member’s local and organizational priorities. The steering committee members discussed ways to improve the resiliency coalition. In the second half of the day Steering Committee members formed small groups to develop detailed strategies for the prioritized Regional Collaboration Actions. Strategies included a description of the proposed action project, steps for completion, funding sources, timeframe, outcomes, partners, measures of success, cost ranking, and benefit ranking.
